KAFD to Hold Second Annual Leadership Conference on November 20th

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 7th November 2024

King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Company (KAFD DMC) announced the second edition of the KAFD Annual Leadership Conference (KALC), set to take place on November 20th and 21st, 2024, at the KAFD Conference Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Held under the theme “Charting Future Leadership Frontiers”, this year’s edition will bring together international and local experts and leading industry voices to explore the evolving demands reshaping leadership and what the future holds for leaders across sectors.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition—which drew over 600 attendees and featured world-renowned speakers, including Saudi Investment Minister HE Khalid Al-Falih, author and physician Dr Deepak Chopra, and author and entrepreneur Mo Gawdat—the conference reaffirms KAFD’s commitment to fostering transformative dialogue among leaders and advancing positive change in global business.

“At KAFD, we recognize that today’s leaders are navigating one of the most transformative periods in history,” said Mazroua AlMazroua, Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at KAFD DMC. “With global digital transformation projected to reach a value of over US $3.3 trillion by 2030, and with 85% of businesses worldwide expected to adopt new technology-driven strategies, the demands on leaders have never been greater. The KAFD Annual Leadership Conference is designed to provide a platform for visionary leaders to come together, share insights, and explore strategies that will shape the future. Our commitment is to equip these leaders with the tools, perspectives, and resilience needed to thrive in an increasingly complex world and to drive impactful change for years to come.”

This flagship event will introduce a dynamic format, encompassing ministerial keynotes, curated masterclasses, and expert-led workshops designed to equip leaders with forward-looking insights, fostering adaptability and resilience. Across 18 sessions and featuring 22 distinguished speakers, KALC will delve into themes that address the future of things, such as the future of human connection, the future of time, the art of negotiation, leadership in a rapidly changing world, navigating geoeconomic shifts, and the art of communication.
